How it works

Create your district: a city, a name, a link.

Bring your friends: a first name, a button, they're at your table.

Every morning, a single message: who's asleep, the clue, your action.

In the evening, the city votes. Seven nights, and you know who's Incognito.

The roles

The Guide

Each night you pick a player and learn whether they are Incognito. To do so, you first open the page of a place in the city.

The Innkeeper

Each night you hide a player in your inn, a real place in the city. Nobody can put them to sleep. Never the same person twice in a row.

The Cartographer

Each dawn you learn what kind of place the Incognitos met in. Three nights of traces draw a trail.

The Chronicler

Each day you publish a rumour, true or false, visible to all.

The Postman

Each day you may send a private letter to one player. The only secret channel in the game.

Resident

You live here. By day you debate and vote. By night you sleep. Find the Incognitos before they put everyone to sleep.

The Incognito

Each night, with your accomplices, you choose a meeting place and a resident to put to sleep. By day, you pretend.

The Forger

You are Incognito, but the Guide sees you as a resident. Only the vote can unmask you.

The Whisperer

You are Incognito. Once per game, you rewrite the Chronicler's rumour before it is published.

The Traveller

You come from elsewhere. You win alone if you are still awake at the end and have visited 15 places in the city on OnBouge.

What is Incognito?

A hidden-role game in the spirit of Werewolf, played across a real city on OnBouge. Among 6 to 16 residents hide Incognitos who put the city to sleep every night; by day everyone debates and votes to unmask them. Free, no account, no app.

How do you play?

A Founder creates a district and sends a link. Every player gets a secret role. Each night a secret action (put to sleep, watch, hide); each morning dawn reveals who is asleep; each day, debate and vote. Seven nights at most.

How many players, how long?

6 to 16 players per table. At the « week » pace, one action a day for seven days; at the « lightning » pace, a full game in 40 minutes.

Is it free?

Yes, for everyone and forever: no paid role, no paid bonus, no advertising in the game, no account to create.

In which cities can you play?

In any city on OnBouge with enough places: the meeting points and the seal of the day are real listings of shops and places in the city.

In which languages?

French, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, English, Dutch and German. Every player sees the table in their own language, at the same table as the others.
